Krushnai Resort, Lonavala

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is convenient, situated right on the main chowk, but the service left much to be desired. The rooms were okay, but sleep quality was impacted by early disturbances. While the pool was a nice feature, it wasn’t the best design as it doubled as vehicle parking. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it for family or couple stays.

My stay at Krushnai Resort was a mix of ups and downs. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with clean rooms that offered comfort. The food, especially the tandoori chicken, was simply delicious. However, my experience was marred by unresponsive service when it came to cancellation issues and the noise level which made it hard to relax.
